Which DAWs does MELYTRO work in?
MELYTRO is a 64-bit VST3 plugin for Windows 10 and 11, so it loads in DAWs that host VST3 plugins on Windows, such as FL Studio. Try the free demo in your own DAW before you buy.
Is there a Mac version?
Not yet. MELYTRO is Windows-only for now.
How does the demo work?
The demo is the full plugin. Until you activate it, it goes quiet for 2 seconds every 45 seconds and cannot save presets. Your settings are still saved inside your DAW project.
How do I activate after buying?
Your license key arrives by e-mail and is always in your account. Click ACTIVATE at the top of MELYTRO, paste the key and click Activate. No internet connection is needed.
How many computers can I use it on?
Your license is for you: install it on your own computers. The key carries your name, which MELYTRO shows in its LICENSE window, so please don't share it.
Do I need iLok or an account inside the plugin?
No. Activation is a key you paste once. It works offline.
Are updates free?
Yes, every 1.x update of MELYTRO is free for license holders.
I lost my license key.
Log in to your account with your purchase e-mail to see it, or contact support and we will resend it to that address.
Windows says "Windows protected your PC".
Windows shows this for new installers that it has not seen many times yet. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
What is your refund policy?
See the refund policy page. Because the demo lets you try everything first, refunds are handled case by case.
MELYTRO does not show up in my DAW.
Check that MELYTRO.vst3 is in C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3, then rescan plugins in your DAW. In FL Studio: Options > Manage plugins > Find plugins. MELYTRO is 64-bit only, so a 32-bit DAW cannot load it.
My key is not accepted.
Copy the whole key from the e-mail, from MELYTRO1. to the very end, with no missing characters. Line breaks and spaces are ignored. If it still fails, contact support with your purchase e-mail.
